social responsibility

InnoLead Consulting recognises that it must integrate business values and operations to meet the expectations of stakeholders. We are committed to the sustainable development of the community in terms of its education and economic development. A demonstration of these responsibilities has been shown through various activities.

In the quest for contributing to early childhood education, we partnered with various external companies in the Lesedi Project. The project involved the renovating of a kitchen into a classroom for kindergarten level students at Lesedi Primary School during the month of April 2016.

Early childhood education contributes greatly to a child’s academic, social and future career lives. In kindergarten children are exposed to others from different backgrounds.

This helps to improve their socialization skills, helping the children to overcome shyness and gain self-confidence. Children also learn the skill of cooperation, sharing and working in teams.

InnoLead also sponsored one of the Awards during the Ministry of Lands and Housing Awards Ceremony held in Palapye, in July 2015. We sponsored the Best Innovator Award which was awarded to two people. Our award sponsorship included free training for the Essential Tools and Techniques for Project Management (ETT) for the first winner, and Microsoft Project Skills (MSP) for the second winner.

InnoLead has and continues to offer internships to young Batswana providing opportunities for the minds of tomorrow to learn, experience and engage in the corporate arena.

Many of our interns have been absorbed into the InnoLead team as employees holding key roles like project analysts and business development executives.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy is focused on the education and economic development of the community in which we operate.

This has been executed through the patronage of various activities that were aimed at improving the environment in which the youth received their education and also in upskilling the community in Project Management, a skillset that we believe is necessary for the economic development of the country, and the continent.
